What is a protein café?
Preens Düsseldorf is Europe’s first protein café! A protein café is where you will find a wide array of healthy products and menu options that are all high in protein. At Preens Düsseldorf you can find delicious variations of high protein snacks and meals including smoothies, porridge, ginger shots, and their famous protein cream. All of the products and menu options are natural (without any added sugars).

Definitely their protein cream (vegan version also available)!
Their protein cream is not only homemade, but a very special recipe created by the owners themselves. It’s a very fluffy cream, easily comparable to a chocolate mousse. It is high in protein and low in carbs, calories, and fat. You can choose between 6 different flavors (vanilla, raspberry, coconut, chocolate, strawberry, and stracciatella) and one of 6 sauces (chocolate, white chocolate, strawberry, caramel, etc.). To top it off, you can also choose 3 different toppings which may include fruit, nuts, cereals, superfoods, and more.
